We need a stage area
that is at least 6 metres wide by 4 metres deep.
If the event is taking
place in the open, we need shelter for ourselves and our equipment.
We
prefer at least 4 x 13amp electrical mains outlets within 20 metres from the
stage. If this is a problem at your proposed venue, tell us what the mains
situation is and we may be able to adapt our set up.
We need a clear 2
hours to set up and sound - check.
We need parking adjacent to the
venue for five cars.
We require a secure room for dressing and
preparation and for storage of gear such as instrument cases etc that are not
required on stage.
Since Hill61 will be present at the venue for
sometime, we ask that light refreshments ( food and drink! ) be provided.
Please contact us two to three weeks before the event to confirm
arrangements and to finalise details of the music that will be played.
